Yeah but consider glamrock was totally 60's-70's oriented anyways. It WAS NEVER Japanese rock.
And as cool as j-rock is, it's /not/ glamrock, whether it's "glamorous" or not.
It's not authentic "as was" glamrock.
And I think glam should stay that way.
You know, Marc Bolan (T-Rex), David Bowie, Ian Hunter, Lou Reed (Velvet Underground), Iggy Pop (the Stooges), Queen, Roxy Music...hell even Joan Jett (the Runaways).
It's not offensive, it's just keeping glam original as to what it was.
